This thread is a damn mess There will always be events like these regardless. You never really know who you're meeting, but that shouldn't discourage people. You can actually meet decent people from time to time. To say it's tacky and desperate is reaching. Not everyone uses the app for sex.
Lmfao that's a shame but it's all on you what precautions you take when you meet strangers. This sounds a lot like something he could've avoided but by that criminals description , sounds like somebody was a bit thirsty for BBC.
I can say my personal worst experience with that app was the guy showing up being different from the pics... But I simply said sorry buddy, waved goodbye and went about life.
