I believe this was in China.... Posted a few years ago but the reason nobody helped is because China is overcrowded and they don't care for girls/women because they can't work and they can't carry on the family name. Thus no one cares for this little girl. Disgusting but its life
This happened in China 3 years ago. Nobody helped the poor child cause in China, they will be held responsible for the medical costs and they could be thrown in jail.
