Toxic is forgotten outside of ATRL while Rihanna's Umbrella is still referenced in pop culture, so I'd go with Rihanna's Hot 100 and global #1.

Although "Toxic" was a game changer per se, "Umbrella" had more of an impact. That "ella ella ella" and "eh eh eh" are still being mimicked.

If its so forgotten outside of here, why is still constantly covered on TV shows, by other artists and even auditions.

X factor winners Alex & Sierra auditioned with "Toxic" , Melanie Martinez from The Voice made a stunning version of it and many more, Glee covered it not once but twice. And it was a game changer song.

I don't see anyone doing anything with "Umbrella" after 2009 and its buzz faded
