EDIT: OMG. This album is my favorite LP in a long long time.
Capitol, Barely, Icabod, Geryon, Peer Pressure, Lost Souls >>>>>>>>>>>> I'd give everything on this album an 11/10. Four Gut is the only song I don't like. I don't know why people say its not as dark as the first. I don't really hear it. This album is so much more polished in all aspects than the first. The songs blend into the choruses and other songs so gracefully it's scary. A few songs on the first LP as much as I loved it just seem to suddenly shift without any real build up. Shoom was the best song in terms of build up, but compared to this. I'm highly doubting anything will beat this as my favourite LP of 2014. Grimes is the only other album I'm thinking might make me change my mind. And that's only if it ends up sounding like industrial dancehall like she claims...
I'm thinking of seeing him on the 18th.
