Considering her song is responsible for the gay flag and her death started the gay right movement, I'd say Judy Garland.
I always find it annoying when people act like Judy was some sort of huge supporter of gay rights, she couldn't care less. Yall act like she did Madonna/Gaga type of campaigning. She paid us dust, Gaga and Madonna are much more deserving of the title
