I think you're missing the point. DrIL was not a usual release and you know it. It impacted pop radio way too late and it had already peaked on Urban and Rhythmic by the time pop started spinning it. Also Partition is now the new single on Urban and Rhythmic. What kind of updates did you expect?

People don't use logic when it comes to Beyoncé. She has 3 songs in the Urban top10, of course this is going to fall. They also forget to this isn't a generic pop song. Pop stations played it because they had no choice. The song just got way too big to ignore.
