Also @ Javan I know there are some countries that don't permit married women to report intermarital rape. It definitely happens though. But they're all different spectrums and kinds of rape in many different forms. Whether it's female to female/female to male and the list goes on.

They can even rape someone the same age. It's not a hard concept.

Rape isn't always forceful i.e. being pinned down.

If you had a 6 ft 3 woman who weighed 250 pounds and a 5 ft 3 man who weighed 140 pounds, I think you can see it could be possible to be forceful. Not every man can fend off every single woman and not every woman is weak.

I had to re-write three replies because you keep changing the title.

Men can get raped by women. You don't necessarily need to be held down to be raped; a woman can roofie a man just as easily as a man can a woman. If a woman drugs a man, takes him back home and then forces him into intercourse then that is rape.

and I don't want to hear anyone say "but if the man gets hard then he must want it" because that's just not true. Our nerves and nature are set to react when sexually simulated- even if we don't like it, it's hard to control those kinds of things.

In the absence of physical resistance, courts usually held that the sexual act was consensual. In the early 2000s in many states, the prosecution can prove lack of consent by presenting evidence that the victim objected verbally to the sexual penetration or sexual intrusion.

Lack of consent is a necessary element in every rape. But this qualifier does not mean that a person may make sexual contact with a minor or incapacitated person who actually consented. Lack of consent may result from either forcible compulsion by the perpetrator or an incapacity to consent on the part of the victim. Persons who are physically or mentally helpless or who are under a certain age in relation to the perpetrator are deemed legally incapable of consenting to sex.

Of course a woman can rape a man. Not that it happens often, but it could.
