Pop radio hasn't shown interest in it because it hasn't even been released to pop radio yet. And I don't just mean that it doesn't have an adds date. If you go to the "Cool New Music" page of AllAccess (which is pretty much a list of all the current songs being promoted on Pop radio), Team was recently removed but was never replaced with Glory and Gore

It's not that I don't love Tennis Court, and I think it will smash. But considering G&G just reached the Top 20 of Alternative today, I think it's completely unfair that they're scrapping it on pop before they even actually sent it to pop stations to test it out...

Once a single is announced and if the artist has a momentum in pop radio, they'll jump on the next one even before the adds date. Same thing happened with Team, radio started playing before it went for adds officially another example is Katy Perry. Is not a bad song I just never thought it was a good idea to release it as a single tbh.

Team was a different story, because it was released before Pure Heroine, and radio was super desperate for another Lorde song after Royals exploded. And I'm not sure if comparing Lorde to Katy is fair at this point considering Katy's had 9 #1s while Lorde has had one #1 and one moderate Top 10 hit...
