She looks ugly and it's the exact same font and colors as Cruel Summer-nothing new.
It's a black background with red letters, I don't think anyone was claiming it to be new & revolutionary like the monsters do with every thing Girl Under Katy does.
Omg that billboard will be perfect on tumblr next to like a picture of a pale, emaciated, slightly tattooed and barely dressed male model smoking a cigarette. At least she's smart enough to satisfy the audience that drove her first era.
