Yes, with the way things are going. If she even becomes bigger in the next few eras then the deal is sealed.
In the end, it all boils down to point systems. With 2 out of 3 #1 albums, 9 #1 singles/3 albums, Katy appears to have the best record right now. She's also massive on airplay numbers and streams.
When everything is tallied, and all things that make 2010s music landscape unique (declining albums, exploding single sales, streaming, youtube views, etc), Katy is the very definition of 2010s music. Rihanna too, but she the ratio of her hits to album is just lower compared to Katy.
