Bison running in Yellowstone doesn't signal volcano eruption
Quote:
A YouTube video posted on March 14 shows bison running along a road in Yellowstone. The video has been viewed nearly 96,000 times. The original YouTube post explains that the bison are running from "Mammoth Hot Springs eastward along the roadway and deeper into the park."
Somehow that video was picked up and circulated around the Internet with the information changed to say the bison were leaving the park, perhaps running for their lives. Even national news organizations, such as USA Today, posted the video, with the addition of ominous music accompanying the galloping bison.
The man who originally posted the video who goes by "Yellowstone Leo" on YouTube lives and works in Yellowstone year round.
The video was originally posted nearly two weeks before the recent earthquake, not days before as some sources state.
Y'know. If it were to explode. Whether it be in the near future are distant future. We're overdue, so try not to convince yourself it's not a possibility. It is scary though, the US will be ****ED.
