Its really bad when one of these people walk into your business to put a complaint, when the manager CLEARLY says she is going to handle it, but the IGNORANT fool still wants her to put useless information like "1800walmart" on a piece of paper, that ignorant woman.

I'm siding with the customer. At first I was thinking it was $6.49, but $649? She didn't curse (I don't think) and she didn't resort to violence as so many videos show us African-Americans doing in many of the same situations so I applaud her for somewhat keeping her cool. And that manager was a bitch. Had the tables been turned, how would she have been?
