I don't think it's crappy or overrated but it definitely would have been a better film if the singing was removed or at least less of an importance. But I enjoyed it for the most part!

NOT Halloween. Maybe the remakes (and the countless tacky sequels
). But 1 & 2 remain flawless and iconic.
