Also, Birdman seems like a grandpa... He is in the loop, but at the same time he isn't. He talks about the things his children and grandchildren did as if it was yesterday when in fact it was months/years ago.

I'm the opposite of what you described tbh. I found her unappealing when was predominantly pop-centric. It was only now that she seems to be getting a little more raw that I became interested/intrigued. I watched The Re-Up DVD thing and I was like woah, shes an actual person. Never even bothered to think of her as anything other than annoying.
Obviously that makes me fickle as **** but at least I admit it. I went from hating her to liking her and thats probably the one thing I tend to hate most about pop stans and yet I did it lol whatever though. I feel like blaming this site for rubbing off on me buut probably not.

Do you know/ have you heard her mixtape songs? And have you heard Pink Friday and PF:RR as albums, or just the singles? Have you heard all of The Reup? How much of a fan are you?

Not trying to be funny, i'm just curious.

What's wrong with only wanting hip-hop music on it? Can she have at least one album without any pop in which we can say 'go listen to The Pink Print if you wanna hear a classic female rap album' in which you address The Blueprint or Tha Carter III if someone asks for a classic rap album. Now, C3 had Lollipop which was 6 weeks #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and 6/7x platinum while being a rap song. It was a rap song which could be enjoyed by a pop audience too. That's what I want for Nicki to happen this time and what I think she means by saying pop fans shouldn't worry.

Is it impossible to have a classic rap album that also has pop influences? Kanye's MBDTF is so different from what would be typically considered a classic, but from his discography, that one is one of the best. I think Nicki knows what she's doing, and can pull off making a classic with pop in it.
Edit: What do you guys think makes an album a classic?
