Specifically to country, she hasn't been doing much tbh. 
You could also argue that HDC is technically a Taylor single, but I feel like she barely had any involvement in it. She didn't write it, all she did was just sing 2 lines. So in terms of country music, Taylor was really a non-factor in 2013. If going by your logic, then it means she could have an immensely successful pop album that sells millions worldwide, goes on a record-breaking tour and deserves the award.

But HDC is considered a duet, and she sure as hell sings more than 2 lines in the song . Who cares if she didn't write it, 90% of country artist don't, so I guess that they don't deserve their awards either (that's your logic).

I went to the concert in Milan and i was surprised how many people there were since Taylor wasn't that famous during that period..
Yesterday she looked INCREDIBILE, sexy but classy! Her sense of style is amazing..

But it ain't very much a "Taylor Swift" single. Just cos it's titled Tim McGraw & Taylor Swift doesn't mean anything
You said that I forgot about her tour receipts when I thought she wouldn't win, so I guess you meant that because she had a successful tour, she deserves EOTY. But her tour doesn't really mean that she has been really relevant in the country scene, it's more of a general receipt that's about it. Or at least, it's a factor which I didn't think would be as important as country singles and album sales in deciding EOTY.
