Do you cover yourself with a blanket or those thin sheets? or do you sleep over your blanket for extra comfort or do you just hardly ever sleep with a blanket on top or w/e.

Personally I cannot sleep without a heavy blanket even if its summer time and its super hot. I somehow feel less warm and more cooler under a blanket and I feel like im in my own cocoon and not so exposed .

I don't use those all those pointless thin sheets. Just one fitted sheet over my mattress.

Other than that, I have a single blanket. I sleep under it whether it's warm or cold (I can't sleep uncovered).

One leg over, one leg under. Sleep on my side.

I have difficulty sleeping without a blanket. Even if it's summer and super hot I still have a blanket on my upper half with my legs exposed so I don't overheat
