I haven't been as active as I used to be. Plus, I'm on Spring Break at the moment.

No shade but this speaks volumes about where your time goes:

28 000 posts in 2 years? Really?

I haven't given you much at all about the full content of my workload but for one page way earlier in the thread, I guarantee it was NOT a reasonable workload.
Bringing up my post count doesn't mean much at all unless I'm now suddenly completely incapable of multitasking. Do you know what I'm doing as I type this? I'm at work - jumping up to serve a customer when necessary - as well as working on papers and other assignments.

3 dozen posts a day - including summer months, breaks, weekends, and lunches - is not that much y'all.

I was reading that post you posted about your workload. That is very reasonable Retro.
Multitasking is a part of the issue as well. The more you focus on your work, the faster you get it done! Don't multitask if you are studying.

Well, assuming that you read for about 5 minutes per post (probably way more than that) before you post that works out to 3 hours a day
Not that I can judge

I think we'll have to agree to disagree on how reasonable that is.
As for multitasking, I have to do it so I can warn and ban members.

Oh LORD no. I'm an impulsive poster. I get an terrible itch to post if I have to read for so long in between.

Eh, not really. I did 100+ really easily over spring break and still had plenty of social time.

Yeah, but multitasking will do more harm than good. It's good for certain things, but not for studying.

Well, when I'm on ATRL I spend more like 11 hours on homework but at least three of that is also posting or watching Friends.
I do too many things.

If you completely focus on doing your homework(and doing little day by day), I promise you that you would have more free time and still finish everything until deadline. Focus is important.

A little more complex than that, but LOL I love your bluntness. Haha.
And yeah, Mr. Waffle whatever your name is, I have 28 of those PLUS my 170 junior high kids' grades. Ah well :P Time management. I am currently taking a break from working on my yard, though.
