If she delivered 2 albums in one year, that would be more iconic than Beyonce's surprise release and videos for each track.

I doubt it though. I mean, it's already April and we haven't heard a thing. I hate being in a Rih draught for this long. No new music since November 2012 I wanted her to beat that Beatles Hot 100 record especially before Katy gets there, even though I love them both hahaha

I would rather wait till mid-2015 than have a new album in November again

So usually on a sound track there are 3 to 4 original song and a bunch of instrumentals from the movie .. So I am confused are we getting a full fledged album kind of a soundtrack? And how may songs are they gonna release from it because usually only one song is sent to radio for promo of the movie .. This idea of soundtrack thing has lot of holes

I believe she has been working on R8 in addition to Home. But its NOT going to be released this year. That ship has sailed.

That's not the case for all soundtracks.
The way they're talking about it seems like it's a full album and since it's a soundtrack probably only one single and they will most likely push it for the Oscars.

It's gonna be like a regular album except entirely by Rih and conceptualized around the film, although it's safe to assume there will be features like JLO considering she's in the movie too.

The whole been working on it for 2 years makes me think that Dreamworks has big plans for the album. They wouldn't invest this much time or money to only release one song and forget about it.

Rih winning is unlikely but she should have a nomination on lock. For the award to actually be hers tho she needs to have writing or composition credits so this bitch better have spent the past 2 years penning her lullabies for baby Aubrih
