I let my parents keep my old ipad 3 cause I just use my laptop and if i'm out or watching a movie or something I use my phone in terms of using the internet.

I rarely use the iPad apart from Safari every now and then.

I have a Laptop but I would really love a tablet (and better laptop ) so I can do homework on both screens or play games on one screen and look for tips and help on another.

More often than not, I'll just use my laptop. If I'm on the train or a ferry/bus, I'll use my phone. My ipads just sit in my cupboard gathering dust :s

I just apps like Netflix or BBC iPlayer etc. I barely use my iPad and I feel as the initial tablet hype is over, more and more people are starting to prefer Notebooks/Ultrabooks and less actually use their iPads or tablets even though every Tom, Dick and Harry want one.
It's like everyone who doesn't have one, wants one. When they get it, they realise it's just a limited Laptop on a touchscreen.

I used my iPad every day at school though. But once I left I rarely used it.

I rarely use my tablet. I think that it's a waste for me to bought it. I use my laptop every single day... I just love it more. I think I can live without smartphone and tablet but not with laptop, I need it

I felt like the king when I would walk into school and open my laptop and have my iPad next to me.
One for OFFICE and one for the Internet

And I decided to get a little friendly with the IT manager at school () and they gave me unlimited wi-fi at school with no filter, I could basically do what I wanted while everyone had a 200MB data limit and filter that would stop them from even entering websites like gmail

Laptop. I don't have tablet, but I don't need it.

laptop, i used to use my tablet a lot more but the battery runs out so fast now so its normally just not charged

It's easier to do anything with a laptop.
