Because it has already sold over 400k the US with mediocre airplay and didn't even cracked the Bubbling Under, it has been also rising in HAC stations.

The song was just released in the US as a single like a month ago and its at #37 I think on HAC and slowly increasing. So yes she is trying it because its a single in the US now
