The Wicked Witch by far. She was the original on screen villain and a lot of the Disney villains share some of her characteristics. She's not my favorite villain though. But she definitely was the original bad bitch.

Catwoman was originally a villain and was for many years so she definitely can be considered a villain. Only 2 film portrayals have actually depicted her as a antihero
