Custom Phone Themes?
It's getting harder and harder to not change your phone theme every minute due to the amount of phone/tablet custom themes you can find

These so are so good, iOS needs to open up capabilities for themes.

They did a while ago (iOS 4). There are non-jailbreak themes you can install by adding installing an extension.
