Ellen Adarna appears completely nude on the cover of the latest issue of Esquire Philippines.
The cover, which was unveiled Wednesday by the men's magazine on its official website, shows a naked Adarna lying on the ground, with only the texts "Power," "Love," and "Pain" covering her private parts.
An alternate cover shows a silhouette of Adarna, who still appears to be nude, this time with the words "God," "Sex," and "Death" covering her.
"Search engine candy and social media mystery Ellen Adarna is a creature of her own making, an inexplicable phenomenon of desire," a blurb accompanying the cover reads.
"Everyone is dying to know who the real Ellen Adarna is—ESQUIRE seeks the woman behind the projection."
