I'm not really sure what the process is for adding new smilies (the only additions I remember experiencing were the gaycat/sistrens batch last year) but I assume those members suggested them or something.
I miss the Halloween smilies tbh, Gaga gaycat was so shady
Is there a particular reason why the notice of the daily server maintenance come half an hour after the maintenance has usually finished? It usually "warns" me at 3:45 AM my time even though maintenance has usually finished by 3:15.

Possibly because they were too lazy to change it after Daylight Savings.
Any chance of introducing a new rule where folk have to say what a link is for before posting it? Seems some just start threads with a random link in and you dont know what it is until you click. By which time youve added to its youtube viewcount when you probably didnt want to. Seems sneaky.

Usually when u just point your cursor to the link it should appear what site it is (unless it is some bit.ly or t.co etc mess)
I've trolled once or twice with that trick.
