Just cus your beached whale couldn't even sell 100k, even if the whole album was released, does not mean you have to go hating on other artists success

Actually, about 80% of the reviews on iTunes of the album says that they are excited the album is finally out in the US, and they've been following her UK career. So, it's been going off two official US singles and (Better In Time has been released already - if you don't believe me, then look it up). Also, a lot of the people in the US do look at European acts. Why do you think they do so well off of one single nowadays? Because they've heard singles from their other countries. Think about it. When Jordin Sparks was released in the UK, only Tattoo had been released to the UK, but world wide, This Is my Now, Tattoo, and No Air had all been released. A lot of people from the UK bought the album FOR NO AIR! Not because of Tattoo.
AND WHERE DO YOU GET OFF CALLING RAVEN A BEACHED WHALE? THAT IS SO CHILDISH! I WAS NEVER HATING ON LEONA. I was just stating that really it was going off all of the singles, but mainly Bleeding Love. I think the album is dull. Only 4 or 5 good songs. Most of them are boring ballads. Now, some people like that. And that's great. It shows diversity in people's music taste.
Just because your artist sold well, it doesn't mean you can hate on the non-successful artists. Success doesn't mean a damn thing. It just means more people have heard of you.
Again, if you all or huge Leona fans, then you would have known that Better In Time has been released in the US for about a month now. It's #59 in Mediabase. (And it's flopping b/c Bleeding Love is still way to popular.) That's a problem. Sometimes people release too early, and the second single flops because people are still drooling over the first. It happened for Rihanna (Umbrella and Shut Up and Drive). It is currently happening for Sara Bareilles. (Love Song and Bottle It Up). It's happened for a lot of artists unfortunately.
And also, don't go judging an artist if you haven't heard what they can make either. Also, if you read my whole comment, it said I'm happy for her. She's an AMAZING singer. I'm glad it's platinum. But, it's just a dull album. I get tired of ballads if their are a lot of them.
