I'm trying to figure out what to say about this story, but I'm struggling to come up with anything. How on planet Earth could there be a person in the position of deciding whether or not someone should be charged with a crime dumb enough to charge a baby that hasn't even turned ONE with attempted murder? Not only would it be impossible for the child to know right from wrong, the baby likely wouldn't even remember what happened fifteen minutes ago!
The moral of this story: Don't take your babies to Pakistan. In fact, just avoid Pakistan altogether.
