I used to have pretty prominent abs when they had actual useful machines in my school gym

. They had this awesome bench that had this part that you can't tuck your feet under and secure it. I would do atleast 200 sit ups a week on it with a 50kg plate propped on my chest. And It was 100 reps per set, so it was really effective. Ever since they got rid of that bench my ab routine hasn't been half as effective
I literally don't know how people get their abs like that photo tho. Even with the bench I was never that ripped. Without the special bench my ab game is weak. I don't know what I am missing.
