Anyway, the ignorance in this thread from multiple posters just shows that ATRL will never change. Transphobic as always. She is a she, NOT a he. She needs the surgery for her own mental state and so she can finally have the body she's always felt she should. This isn't a thing of vanity or a simple "cosmetic" procedure. It's very serious and VERY important.

Shame there isn't a charitable organisation that could have funded it instead.
