Nielsen Soundscan puts it over 1.7 million just in the U.S. Please take your numbers from actual sources next time before using them to shade.

Nah, it sold more than 2M. It sold roughly ~1.6M in the US. MediaTraffic has it at 3.4M. The 4.5M is an exaggerated amount.

1.7M

Sis, you mean "ninth." This is her fifth solo studio album and she had four studio albums with DC. I stopped stanning in '07 and even I know this

If we want to count the "hype" as promo then Circus was all comeback hype.

Sis, nothing Britney did was on par with the Superbowl. She'd have to have either done the Superbowl, Katy Perry level promo, the World Cup or a multi-million dollar commercial. Beyonce also did that last one.
She also never performed at a major award's show and instead opted out for either minor awards shows like the Bambi Awards or smaller outlets like GMA and Music Station.
Her promotions ended completely after two months.

And besides Womanizer, are there any other hits from that album?

I screamed. Don't you argue that "Drunk In Love" had "huge impact" despite being "Pour It Up" 2.0, another song that just ripped Future's yodeling?
