MTV really sucks these days.VH1 is definately the best of the 2.VH1 has a way better countdown show and better reality shows.MTV is is just dead,I don't even watch MTV anymore.

They Both Have There Pros and Cons.But Out Of Those Flawed 2.I Would Chose VH1.
I Wish They Played More Videos In The Day. Thats My Only Complaint Of VH1.
Um. Well VH1 is really aggravating when they play the "Best of the 90's" this and "I Love the millinium" and things like that. they are mad boring. I love their reality shows though. Very good. Mtv on the other had, MTB4 is the best reality show they have. But I love SS16 and MADE. They do have some good shows. Its a tie. But I watch MTV more when I Love new york aint on or whatever.
Although both MTV and VH1 are flawed, I would take a flawed Fuse and VH1 over MTV/MTV2 and BET anyday. Both have reality shows, but MTV's are worse than VH1's.
The main 2 flaws with VH1 that I have are with premature playlist/voting list removals and songs such as Bleeding Love,Sorry,Stop and Stare,Into The Night, and How Far We've Come removed from the voting list 1-3 weeks until retirement. Although I love VH1's countdown to death, I hate how they remove songs too soon, like less than 4 weeks on the countdown (NF, Gwen, The Bravery, 3DG.)
MTV, on the other hand... outside its news department, has too many flaws to count. Well, MTV News is actually beginning to decline a bit.
MTV2 has really gotten horrible and has its flaws, but it does have a couple of saving graces in Subterranean,Headbangers Ball, and YRTD/SRTD.
In Latin America VH1 has some good videos but everytime they put all classic music BUT The Realities are really great ....yes latin american people have to wait until 1 year to see the american realities but the wait is not bad because they always have a reality on air.
