I'm really clumsy, although I'm not as bad now. When I was 12 I tripped over my own feet in from of like half my year group. Some people still make fun of me about it nnn.

When i was younger i used to be real clumsy, but now i hardly trip and fall in public.

I slipped and fell flat on my ass once in a busy street. It was raining and the pavement was wet and slippery. I just got up and ran inside a random store to escape stares and funny looks.

I fell in front of half of my old school while running to Spanish.

I've tripped up the stairs more times then I can count A couple weeks ago I was walking into work, and right as I got in the building I walked straight into a patch of melted ice that was on the ground and nearly fell, but managed to catch myself. That's almost more embarrassing then straight up falling though, because for a good 5 seconds I was just flopping around, desperately trying not to fall and everyone just watched me

Not that I remember... But I'm sure I've done it before.
