This reminds me of these two episodes of My Strange Addiction where this one girl was addicted to eating sand and this older lady was addicted to eating rocks

1) How does he poop?
2) How does he swallow without hurting himself?
3) How does he even bite rocks without breaking his teeth (even imagining makes me cringe and feel the pain)
