I called and the guy said someone from RCA will be handing out the discs (Nicole is on Interscope/A&M which isnt part of RCA.)

So it will at least scan 150 copies.

Well, considering she had already released the whole CD as flop singles, I doubt anyone would be there.

So, it looks like this is the only way to get people to get her CD: By giving it away for free.

the tracks from this era are already mostly leaked in full or clips...it's best to fulfill the contractual obligations and release songs that otherwise never would be heard.
