Does this mean we aren't getting a new album from Chairlift? Not feeling "Arcadia".

Chairlift is still together/working on their next record! Hopefully it'll be out late this year. Arcadia has definitely grown on me. I think the album will definitely be interesting

I just discovered that she wrote BEYONCÉ's best track (No Angel).

Backwards and Upwards is growing constantly on me. And Arcadia have been stuck on my head these days, even tho I still can't describe my feelings about it... It's that weird. Her art direction is inspiring; I was looking at the booklet preview from her official store and it looks incredible!

Yup! I believe she also co-produced it. She has a beautiful voice, and is also the lead singer of the amazing band Chairlift

I am trying to download this album (it is like looking for Jesus in Jerusalem). I hope I love it because I have no idea how I am feeling about the two songs that she released. Her lyrics though >>>>>>

Does this new "Ramona Lisa" persona also come across as kind of...pretentious?

It's such a beautiful album, I hope you can locate it. The first two tracks released are great but the rest of the record is even better. I don't find it pretentious at all, I think it's a good outlet for Caroline. She said in an interview that she couldn't sing the extremely intimate things that she does with Ramona Lisa in Chairlift because Patrick was like her brother, so I think it's great she created a being that could release these tracks

The album actually downloaded just fine for me today from iTunes even though the release date listed is the 29th. I'm not sure what's going on.

Haven't listened to it yet though.
