Gaga thinks she's above and beyond most if not all of the CURRENT (reading comprehension people) Pop stars today, however her decline was what truly put her in a "depression" so I think she may like her on a human level but business/music side she could care less.
She only replied to that tweet because it would be rude to ignore her, and when she was asked about Rih on the radio she said "she's awesome" or sth but it sounded reluctant.
didn't she say she liked her when people thought rih was going to be on the sexxx dreams remix? some radio host asked her about it? maybe she was just being nice because the show was live, but gagz has no reason to dislike her
