There are some people saying she already shot the video in London, but I'm sure it is all just speculation.

Britney Spears Hits London for New Video
Britney Spears' former manager Larry Rudolph has confirmed the star will be hitting the streets of London to shoot the video for her upcoming single, "Radar."
The star is set to film the video in the British capital next week, and is determined to get her career back on track by taking a director's role on-set.
Rudolph tells the New York Post, "The theme is her and her girlfriends are going to be looking all around London trying to find a boy who she met in a club. Every time they think they have him, it's someone else.
"She will be behind the camera as much as possible; she wants to make sure it's exactly right."
In April, Rudolph, who was reportedly dismissed by the singer after he joined her parents in forcing Spears into rehab last year, told reporters how the star is gearing up to make a triumphant return to the charts, saying, "She's in an amazing position for a comeback right now. She could end up being the biggest comeback in history."
If it does get a release in Europe, that'd be great because I think that market would understand it's brilliance. Americans do not have the proper appreciation for the genius that is a Britney Spears electro/pop track, so it makes sense to cancel it here.
who wants to see a fat britney dancing with no energy again anyways
omg you are the biggest bitch on this entire site.
i have never seen a kind post come from you.
oh and britney is not fat. she may not be as fit as she used to be, but she is in no way fat.
SO SHUT UP AND STOP POSTING SUCH MEAN THINGS ALL THE TIME.
From wikipedia(yeah I know it's a shity source but still)
"Jive have previously stated that no more singles will be taken from Blackout, but some radio stations have been sent the song anyway, and there is rumours that a music video has already been shot.
According to several websites, the video for Radar has indeed been filmed, yet there is no official confirmation regarding whether or not this is true."
