You are making a huge assumption based race alone, which is somewhat of a social construction. It's assuming people of one race all look alike. Also, I consider racism to be an institution, not an individual aspect. White people not finding non-whites attractive is because of institutional racism.

Food for thought, if it wasn't racist, then why is it almost always only white people that do not find certain races unattractive?

You do realize a race includes a few - let's say - million people. So to say 'you can generally not be physically attracted to a certain race' is quite the long-shot. I really do not get this ideology of compiling an entire race into one stereotype; please explain.

people want to get away with racism so bad yes, to say you'll never be attracted to an entire race solely based off what they look like is racist. a certain person, yeah that's fine - but overall you should be open to everything even if you prefer one over the other.

People need to learn somethings about racism:

1. There are levels of racism, just because you are anti-segregation does NOT mean you are not racist.

Perhaps it would be better to make this an argument of privilege. It is certainly white privilege for people to find whites attractive more than blacks.

If the only reason you won't date someone is because of their race then your ass is racist

I feel that If you can't acknowledge a good looking person regardless of their race or hell, even gender then that's just ignorant of you. Doesn't mean you want to bang them and it doesn't mean they have to be your type or preference but to write off an entire race and deem them unattractive then of course it's suspect.

It's racist if it's a requirement rather than a preference.

Though I'm sure most can at least admire a persons physical beauty regardless of race or even gender, but this thread is probably more about sexual preference, so maybe I should of clarified. For ex- I'm gay, and I'm generally not sexually attracted to women. Quite the long shot, no? Sexual preference is a mysterious thing.

If you don't like someone because of their race then yes, if you simply aren't attracted to them regardless of their race then no.
