Before that, Believe was the first time radio actually jumped on his songs, and he netted 3 T10 hits.

Though if you look at the "main face" of a few boy bands, an interesting trend: Joe Jonas turned 20 the year that JoBros' last success came out (also the last official album, tho Jonas LA had a thing).
Justin Timberlake turned 20 the year that NSync's last album came out.
Nick Carter turned 20 the year BSB had its last successful album in the US.

Justin Bieber and Harry Styles both recently turned 20...
Plus, Black and Blue & Celebrity despite big starts spent just 6 weeks in the T10; Midnight Memories spent 7 weeks there (Lines Vines and Trying Times - 4 weeks).
