Since no one posted the latest leaked snippets of him I'm not sure how many of you actually know this guy.

Well he is well known as Jessica ex hubby, but he is also singer.
He use to be a part of 98 degrees band and then he went on a solo career, which so far saw 2 albums with the latest being the more succesful with the hit, I think, What's Left Of me.
Now he is getting ready to release his third album which is untitled for now which is set to release sometime at September this year.

First 2 are really LQ but I like them all, he's a great person and a great singer I hope his album will sell at least as his latest(gold/500k) which is hard to belive in this era, we can expect first single really soon(sorry for the long post...I've been waiting 2 months to write this down ).

After Ashlee floped so bad with a really great album and had some buzz and a bit of promothing my only hope is that his first single will be a hit, and he also got this tv thing coming related to HSM so that might give him some buzz ...Anyways I'm just happy he's gonna release another album for me to ***** .

well he did have 1 hit LOL

I loved his last album, it shouls have sold a million at least. Don't like the first one though, so I expect him to keep doing what he did on the last album.

I mean, the last time he used Jessica to sell albums ... now he has nothing and its not like people actually care about his music -_-

In order for something to "flop", it has to not meet expectations and no one is expecting much from this. Therefore this won't technically be a "flop."

Actually some ppl care about his music, since some ppl still like good music and meaningful songs...and not **** like soulja boy..
And the fact he "used" Jessica, well, I don't think it's true...It probably helped him but I don't think it was only because of her.
His album was great!One of the few I could listen to each and every track all day long for 1000 times and clearly Jessica didn't "help" his single get nice chart positions..and his first album didn't sell 172k cuz of her..(Yeah I know 172k isn't much but it's better than 10k..)

It sold because of Jessica. The whole freaking album was about her, the video mimicked "Newlyweds" and he sold her out in like every major interview. He got attention because he was selling exclusive stories to the magazines about the breakup.

That doesnt change the fact that WLOM is a good song because it is, i'm just saying had it not been about Jessica it wouldnt have been that big.

^ "that big"....500k isn't that big...I agree it helped him get the buzz but if he mange to pull 172K without her than 500k with her doesn't mean the album sold only cuz of her...and the song helped more ppl know this guy.
So like I said it did help but it clearly wasn't cuz of her!
Ohhh and don't forget she flopped with her album at the same time so what does that mean?she used the buzz and flopped(compered to her old albums), now I can see how she helped him so much..It's not like he was (I was gonna said Britney but than I remembered at K-Fad ) the husband of, I don't know, it's only Jessica it's not like she is super famous.

1st album = Schizingered
2nd Album = Did rather well...at least a lot better.

The 172k the first week was because of her. All 500,000 copies were because of her. Jessica flopped because she DIDNT address the breakup. She made everybody know she just wanted a fun, feel-good album thats why "Public Affair" is so upbeat and carefree. Honestly i think NICK ruined her album. Because he sold her out and made her look like the bad guy in public, everybody sided with him thats the main reason why APA flopped.

^ no, APA sucked that's why it flopped and that's why WLOM did so great...it was a good album.
Ohh and how can he mad her look bad if she cheated on him?

She's not that powerfull...I like her but I won't except it that the sales were cuz of her cuz that's just BS.

You can be on Team Nick whout acting like a bitch you know. but whatever, APA didnt flop because it "sucked", she just got alot of negative press at the time and it killed the cd. I think thats actually her best album she's done but you're going to disagree because you're biased. Right? Nick's album was ok ... its just that every song just sounded exactly the same.

Well I'll give her that....I Belong To Me was a good song!weird video though...
The song didn't sound the same and if they did maybe it was cuz u didn't try to listen to the words...Sometimes music is more than just a melody..
Fact my ass!if it was only cuz of her why did he sold 172k with his first cd?172k isn't that far from Gold which usually is given even for less then 500k sales..

The lyrics were pretty much the same for every song Every song was basically about getting over the breakup, thinking of the good times, thinking of what went wrong, and about moving on from a relationship.

I'll settle this argument. This is what I think of these two artists (and many will agree)
