Sixteen at the same time is a lot, but I guess it makes sense considering how many rates never finish or even get off the ground.

Regarding the inactivity rule, there are a few formerly active rates that now need to be put on hiatus according to that rule.

You still need a time limit on HOW LONG a rate can run though. Duca seems intent on getting the #1 rate of all time by dragging it out over 6 months and getting 10k posts of "when will the next result be posted".

I like the new rules. We need more of the rates that have several artists' singles or albums pitted against each other though. I find those ones more exciting/interesting.

Which 80s/90s girls albums haven't been used yet? I'd be here for one of those. Bedtime Stories/janet./Music Box? Idk.

Kylie's Love at First Sight went to number one too. I remember that distinctly, as in the summer of 2002, for like two weeks, either Love at First Sight or I Do (Wanna Get Next to You) were in the top spot.
