Kylie fans are the worst at spotting future "hit" singles. The One? Your Disco Needs You? All camp-as-****-paint-by-numbers Mardi Gras anthems. Kylie doesn't need to appeal to the gays anymore, she has their support. They'll continue to buy her albums regardless. Kylie needs mainstream success to stay relevant and maintain demand for seeing her live shows. Good on her for releasing something against the grain instead of succumbing to the flutter of a thousand fairies online.

The single only missed top 10 because it was deleted from iTunes, it was ahead of Pixie's new release and other new releases before they did that, not to mention it's outsold Pixie's and other new releases which is a good sign.

The album is doing fine considering album sales are at an all time low. Top 5 WW on mediatraffic.

I only made the comparison because they both released the same week, just pointing out that it's doing better than other songs released the same time. And it is something to boast about, a 45 year old woman, 25 years into her career, is managing to compete with her younger counterparts.

I get that, but, Pixie ain't a big seller herself. Hasn't been since at least 2011.
