Yes, catalog sales and numerous compilations released since 1991 - The Very Best of Cher (2003) and the Greatest Hits (1999) combined sold 4 million in the US.
Also, since the advent of Soundscan all of her studio albums were at least Gold (except It's a Man's World (200k) and Closer to the Truth (300k).

People put Avril in a same range with Selena and Demi while she's 25th best selling female artist in US. Not mention that USA is not her main market, if not one of her weakest ones.

Kelly's ahead of Adele at 13.3million if you add on Wrapped In Red's sales.
The 12.8 update was when WIR sales were at like 130K, it's now almost 800K.

Updated Taylor's number from 22,560,000 to 22,600,000. I first changed it from 22.4 million (reported by Billboard in October 2013) to 22,560,00 when it was officially announced that Red had crossed the 4 million mark in February this year. This week, Chart Watch mentioned that Red has sold 4,032,000 copies as of this week so I changed the number to 22,600,000 (as 22,560,000 + 32,000 = 22,592,000 and I'm pretty sure her catalog has sold at least 8k since October 2013, so I changed that into 22,600,000).

Hannah is not a group though, it's different. I have yet to see any official source credit Beyonce for DC's sales, whereas Billboard credits Miley for Hannah's sales. The Evita soundtrack is included in Madonna's totals so it's only fair imo.

The problem is that Billboard itself and some reports by Nielsen, credit Hannah and Miley sales separated like they were different artists.
Also where is Norah Jones on the list?
