Can you get like multiple WPS for one comment? Like if call Lady Gaga a bunch of nicknames and basically drag her by her scalp, will I get 3 wps (1 for nicknames and 2 for whatever category the drag it's worth)?

Depending on the severity yes, but a lot of the time it'll just be one Trolling warning if it's bad but not over-the-top. It's usually extreme cases for which we use custom combos.
