Why is it so hard to agree with the person who coined the damn word!?
And who the hell actually says this word? When does this word ACTUALLY come into conversation?
Who the h** cares? I say gif, with a hard g. I don't gve a flying rat's a** of you say jif, and neither should anyone else. People can do/say something different than oneself. You don't have to kick up a fit because someone says something different. It's like "ee-ther" or "eye-ther". Say it how you want.
