Tinkerbell won't be the first fictional character getting one. According to wikipedia and several other sites, Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Bugs Bunny, Godzilla, The Rugrats, The Simpsons, The Flintstones, Big Bird, Kermit the Frog, Woody the Woodpecker, Winnie the Pooh, and Snow White all have her beat.
