Not enough close to being a perfect night. Eventhough Rihanna went up 4 spots, Ne-Yo dropped out, and Miley took the #1 spot from PCD. Hopefully Ne-Yo can re-enter, Rihanna can keep climbing, PCD can go back to #1, and Plies can debut soon. Funny flashback, and it should have been a bigger hit than it was.
