I've flicked through all those comments about what's remembered by GP and so on... I personally wouldn't be seeking for more attention of such GP. I mean, for these people, music itself is just a couple of bops to listen in the car while driving home from work. They need months of replaying a song on the radio to understand they kinda like it. Contemporary music for them, is any piece of information thrown by mass media... for fans who want their favourite artist to be known widely, it's a great luck they've collected any of them. Why be mad they don't share your interest towards an artist, are not informed in his music? They don't spread their attention on anyone, from such point, they have another issues for themselves. Work, family... maybe another hobbies, not connected to music.
Do you think any legend is remembered by anyone for all the wide range of his/hers art evolving? I mean, many people remember different things from them - from all the discography (that's about music lovers) to single songs, single images, single little things... If there are different "single little things" for many people, not like one song or haircut, then this artist has more chances to be remembered in general
Then again, Rih is a brand herself, many people (not even constant music listeners) know her music & style changes, countless of them have heard anything about her (or maybe they aren't even aware that it was Rihanna, they just heard her songs or saw her pictures). that's what expansion is about, imo...

I want her eras to be... not like "long", but pretty "filled" - as it happened with RR and Loud, and that's more about how many imagery I will see, some live performances which I'll enjoy, music videos (not given all by once, btw). I wanna say... It could be achieved not only by same old ****, same old things to do, and Rih proved it.
