Her body is on point, people don't understand the different lightning and costumes can make you look different. She sounded better than the BTWB for sure. Her voice has improved. She didn't bring her A game choreography wise but this was her first show and she will improve. The costumes were better than the ones from her previous tours. Of course she won't be singing the ARTPOP songs, I mean, the artRave starts in a month and a couple of days.
Beyonce's concert at Revel was 75 minutes, Madonna's Olympia show was 45 minutes and even Britney's Vegas show in no more than 90 minutes. The duration is ok. This is a mini-concert, anyway.

Idk... there is something about that performance that I didn't like. Like Cain said, it's probably that small stage that makes it look a bit cheap. I think her hair was a mess and she looked a bit chubby.
Other than that, it was amazing. I loved the "Applause" performance. And she looked great during her entrance and after the show.
