Because there isn't a single cover and when it's being released on iTunes it's going to be tagged under "Sorry, I'm Late". It's explained in her post she made when she was talking about how her "fans where releasing the album". It's obviously isn't for Sirens.

Yes, but common sense tell me she won't release the single cover in puzzle pieces like the album. And here is another source where they use another song from the album with this cover and it's tagged under " Sorry I'm Late" http://webcache.googleusercontent.co...&ct=clnk&gl=es
