I know as humans we instinctively judge people but I try not to judge people based on something as superficial as appearances (although I do shamelessly check out hot guys ) and I'm not that judgmental about things such as promiscuity or mistakes people have made. As long as their a nice and interesting person I don't really care.
There are varying degrees on how judgmental someone can be if it affects their rational way of dealing with others it's an issue. Judgement when knowing to back away from someone who is not good for you is a good thing.
We also tend to jump to conclusions about others when it could be inaccurate. As long as we keep that aspect of judgement in check we should be fine.
There is nothing wrong with judging others it's how you judge them and for what reasons.
